FACTS GRANT & AID
FACTS Grant & Aid Application
To be considered for any type of financial assistance from St. Bernadette, including diocesan tuition assistance and what was previously the parish subsidy, families must complete a FACTS Grant & Aid Application. All applications and supporting documents must be submitted online via FACTS by March 15, 2025. Families who opt to pay full tuition without receiving any parish scholarship or financial aid do not need to complete the FACTS application.
Families who apply after the March 15, 2025 deadline will have 30 days from the acceptance date to submit their FACTS Grant & Aid application.
Steps to Complete the FACTS Grant & Aid Application:
For Current Families:
Log in to your FACTS Family Portal.
Select "Financial" on the left-hand menu.
Click "Apply for Grant and Aid."
If this is your first time applying, click "Create an Account."
If you’ve applied previously, use your existing login credentials.
Once logged in, select "2025-2026."
Click "Add School/Organization."
Search "43130" and select "St. Bernadette Elementary School."
Click "Add."
Click "Save and Continue."
Follow the remaining prompts to complete and submit your application.
For New Families:
- Visit: https://online.factsmgt.com/aid
- Click "Create an Account."
- Log in and select "2025-2026."
- Click "Add School/Organization."
- Search "43130" and select "St. Bernadette Elementary School."
- Click "Add."
- Click "Save and Continue."
- Follow the remaining prompts to complete and submit your application.
